CAN FAITH IN GOD OVERCOME INFIDELITY, DIVORCE, DEATH, AND ILLNESS?

This story gives one woman’s account of how that question can be answered. Pat, in a state of desperation cries out to God, and begins a journey that would take her out of the only life she has known, and shows her a new way of living. Finding out about her husband’s infidelity leads her to a life on her own. Struggling with financial insecurity, now divorced, she begins to learn that God really does keep His promises found in the Scriptures. Enrolled in Bible College at the age of 49, the only thing she has to cling to is the belief that she is where God wants her to be. Amazed she watches as God faithfully meets her need in this overwhelming place she finds herself. Personal illness, illness and death in her family, all contribute to the growth of her faith, and to a deeper knowledge of God. As God leads her day by day down strange paths, she learns how great He really is, and how faithful He is to the one who puts their trust in Him. Pat has learned that obedience to the Word of God is not always easy, but is always what is asked of us in our faith, and is the only thing that will bring glory to God.
